In Memoriam

“Moose” was one of my first boyfriends at Hill Jr High. He was such a sweet person who could always make me laugh. In Jr High he had a fake upper tooth, and he would wiggle it up and down with his tongue. My mom and I always cracked up when he did that. Moose was a fantastic bowler! Poor guy tried to teach me how to bowl, which sadly didn’t work out. Hahaha. Marcus had a deep faith and truly loved our Lord. He was always helping someone else. Marcus suffered greatly with his health problems in his last years, but even through that, he persisted in getting a new food pantry off the ground that would help those in need. Now he is at peace with Jesus and his beloved wife. Rest In Peace Moose, I am honored to have known you and miss talking to you.

Memories
Dairy-Ette, Hazel's Kitchen, Adams Pharmacy, The End Zone...the intersection of Ferguson @ Oates once was the place to hang, unless you were at Ferguson & Gus Thomasson at the Jack in the Box! The slumber parties, bowling at Big Town, drive-in movies...we had a great time, "back in the day!"
